Merchant cash advance debt relief

When daily or weekly MCA withdrawals start to choke your cash flow, a structured review and a realistic negotiation plan can help you regain control.

When MCA payments stop fitting your business

A merchant cash advance is sold as a purchase of your future receivables, not a loan. Payments are usually taken automatically every business day or every week, often at a fixed amount. When sales slow down, those fixed withdrawals can take a larger and larger share of the money your business needs for payroll, rent, inventory and taxes.

Many owners respond by taking a second or third advance to cover the first. That usually makes the daily drain worse. Relief starts with stepping back and looking at the whole picture.

How Saldo Vita approaches MCA relief

  1. Full review of every agreement. We read each MCA contract, addendum and payment history, including reconciliation terms, default provisions, personal guarantees and any UCC filings.
  2. A cash-flow-based strategy. We compare what you owe with what your business can realistically pay and decide which accounts need attention first.
  3. Negotiation with funders. We communicate with your funders and work toward adjusted payments or a payoff amount your business can support.
  4. Written terms before you accept. Any proposed resolution is reviewed with you and documented in writing. Nothing is accepted on your behalf without your approval.

What relief can look like

  • Lower daily or weekly payments that match current revenue
  • A reduced lump-sum payoff, when a funder agrees
  • A structured payment plan over a longer period
  • A coordinated plan when you have several funders at once

Results depend on each funder's willingness to negotiate, the terms of your agreements and your business's ability to perform. We do not promise specific savings.

What we will not do

We do not tell clients to simply stop paying, move money to hide it from funders or ignore court papers. Those steps can create serious legal and financial problems. If your situation involves a lawsuit or legal questions, we explain when independent counsel may be appropriate.

Questions

Is MCA debt relief the same as consumer debt settlement?

No. MCA relief deals with business obligations, usually under commercial contracts with automatic withdrawals, UCC filings and personal guarantees. It requires a review of the commercial agreements, not a consumer credit-card program.

Will negotiating hurt my business credit?

It can. Any change from the original payment terms may be reported or noted by funders. We discuss those trade-offs with you before any proposal is made.

How long does MCA negotiation take?

It varies by funder and by how many accounts are involved. Some accounts resolve within weeks; others take several months.

Every situation is different. Creditor participation and specific outcomes are not guaranteed.
